ACCESSIBILITY: Please note there are stairs to access the building and treatment room. If you have different accessibility needs, please contact me at: montanaaquingrmt@gmail.com, and I would be happy to help you find another practitioner with different access to their space.

LOCATION: I am currently located at 1721 Grant Street on MONDAY EVENINGS (3:00PM - 8:00PM), this is a shared space in a Heritage House with other Healthcare Providers. There is metered parking just outside the space, as well as paid parking across the street. It is also easily accessible by bus and skytrain - Commercial-Broadway Station is approximately a 15 minute walk away, and 8 minutes via the #20 bus.

CANCELLATION POLICY: My cancellation policy is 48 hours. Your appointment time is reserved for you, and only you. If you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel/contact me as soon as possible. Typically, if notice is provided 48-24 hours before your scheduled appointment, I will try to fill the appointment so I do not have to charge a fee. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, a fee equivalent to the cost of your appointment may be charged (situation dependent). If you are sick please contact me as soon as possible and do not attend your appointment.

Montana’s focus is in Uterine Pelvic Health, Pregnancy and Post-Partum Support including C-Section Scar Treatment, and General Women’s Health. Montana approaches this area of Healthcare from a gender, race, and experience diverse perspective as they are passionate about having a safe and equitable space for folks to receive care. While Peri-Natal care and Pelvic Health may be their focus, they are happy to work with women, gender diverse, and gender non-conforming folks who are seeking maintenance focused care.

During an appointment, you can expect a treatment approach focused on manual therapy, education, and encouragement of patients to be engaged with their health. They believe one of the best ways to support patients is to provide them with the tools to manage their concerns outside of the treatment room - this may include at-home strengthening, stretching, walking routines, breathing exercises, etc. Referrals to other practitioners may also be provided.

Montana is keen on providing a safe, welcoming environment for their patients to seek care, without compromising your goals and expectations.

Treatment Style: General Swedish Massage, Visceral Manipulation, Fascial Release, Nervous System Regulation & Support, Breath Focused Techniques, Pressure Point Release, Pin & Stretch. I use coconut oil & moderate pressure. When indicated I use firm and specific pressure, not usually deep.
